Trade India
IndiaMART
Justdial
Website forms

MagnetCRM may update, improve, or modify features at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

To use MagnetCRM, users must create an account using a valid email address.

Users are responsible for:

Providing accurate information during registration
Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
All activities performed under their account

Password reset functionality is available through email verification.

4. Eligibility

MagnetCRM services are intended only for individuals or businesses who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

5. Subscription and Payments

MagnetCRM operates on a subscription-based pricing model, which may include:

Payments are currently accepted through bank transfer.

6. Refund Policy

All payments made for MagnetCRM subscriptions are non-refundable.

Once a subscription payment is completed, it cannot be refunded regardless of usage or cancellation.

7. User Data Ownership

Users retain full ownership of the data they upload or store within MagnetCRM, including:

Customer leads
Contact details
Sales information
Advertising lead data

MagnetCRM does not claim ownership of user CRM data.

All CRM data is private and visible only to the account owner and authorized users.

MagnetCRM does not access or use customer lead data stored within the CRM platform.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use MagnetCRM for any illegal or harmful activities.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Sending spam or unsolicited marketing messages
Violating advertising platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.)
Uploading malicious software or attempting to exploit the system
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform
Using the platform for illegal business activities
Misusing integrations such as WhatsApp API for spam messaging

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Third-Party Integrations

MagnetCRM allows users to connect with third-party platforms.

These services are operated independently and may include:

Meta Ads
Google Ads
WhatsApp API
Email SMTP providers
Trade India
IndiaMART
Justdial

MagnetCRM is not responsible for the policies, data handling, or availability of these third-party services.

Users must comply with the terms and policies of those platforms.

10. Account Suspension

MagnetCRM reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts under the following circumstances:

Non-payment of subscription fees
Attempt to hack or compromise the system
Abuse or misuse of the platform
Spam or illegal activities
Violation of these Terms of Service

Suspended accounts may lose access to the platform until the issue is resolved.

11. Account Termination

MagnetCRM may permanently terminate user accounts if:

MagnetCRM does not monitor or control the content of user CRM data.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
