Using MagnetCRM Responsibly

MagnetCRM is owned and operated by HostKro Technologies LLP. By using MagnetCRM, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Failure to follow this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

The purpose of this Acceptable Use Policy is to ensure that MagnetCRM is used responsibly, legally, and ethically by all users.

  • Bulk unsolicited WhatsApp messages

  • Mass spam email campaigns

  • Unsolicited marketing messages without user consent

  • Messaging practices that violate anti-spam regulations

Users must ensure that all communications comply with the policies of relevant messaging platforms and applicable laws.

4. Illegal Activities

MagnetCRM may not be used for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

Prohibited uses include:

  • Fraud or deceptive marketing

  • Running scams or fake promotional offers

  • Phishing attempts or impersonation

  • Selling or promoting illegal products or services

  • Violating local, national, or international laws

5. Platform Abuse and Security Violations

Users must not attempt to compromise or disrupt the MagnetCRM platform.

Prohibited actions include:

  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform

  • Reverse engineering or copying the software

  • Attempting to bypass security systems

  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts

  • Performing actions that overload or disrupt the platform

6. Data Misuse

Users are responsible for the data they upload or manage within MagnetCRM.

Users must not:

  • Upload stolen or unauthorized data

  • Store illegal, pirated, or prohibited content

  • Collect or store personal information without proper consent

  • Use the platform to distribute harmful or misleading information

7. Compliance with Third-Party Platforms

MagnetCRM integrates with various third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Meta Ads

  • Google Ads

  • WhatsApp API

  • Email SMTP services

  • Trade India

  • IndiaMART

  • Justdial

Users must comply with the policies and terms of these platforms when using MagnetCRM integrations.

Violating the policies of these services while using MagnetCRM may result in account suspension.

8. Protection of the Platform

Users must not engage in activities that harm the reliability, security, or reputation of MagnetCRM.

This includes:

  • Automated scraping of platform data

  • Unauthorized API usage

  • Attempting to interfere with system operations

  • Abusive or harmful use of platform features

9. Enforcement of This Policy

MagnetCRM reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy.

If a violation is detected, MagnetCRM may take action including:

  • Issuing warnings

  • Temporarily suspending the account

  • Permanently terminating the account

  • Removing harmful content from the platform

These actions may be taken without prior notice if necessary to protect the platform or other users.

10. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for how they use MagnetCRM and for the content and data stored within their accounts.

Users must ensure that their use of the platform complies with:

  • Applicable laws and regulations

  • Advertising platform policies

  • Messaging platform policies

  • This Acceptable Use Policy

11. Changes to This Policy

MagnetCRM may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.

Any updates will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
